Return Shipping for Exchange

Customers are required to send the product to our address for exchange. After we receive and inspect the item, the exchange process will be completed.

Exchange Approval

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement item to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or without original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
